Let’s Get Started

Stepping into a new venture is always a challenge. It’s accompanied by a flood of thoughts, doubts, and concerns about taking that next step. However, embracing that step is one of the most effective ways to grow as an individual and push yourself beyond your comfort zone. As the saying goes, “A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there.”  The path forward begins with “Let’s get started”.

Throughout my career, I’ve encountered numerous twists and turns, which have taken me far from where I envisioned myself as a 22-year-old university graduate. I’ve consistently pushed myself out of my comfort zone by frequently changing roles, forcing myself to learn something new about the IT industry, selling based on customer value, and even discovering more about myself.

Changing roles and the subsequent need to rapidly learn has imparted valuable lessons beyond the technical aspects of each position. As I hired, trained and managed teams across the globe, I quickly realized the challenge of driving consistent and efficient training and enablement. We need to equip our teams with the ability to sell based on value creation for customers, rather than solely focusing on product features. It’s crucial to develop a structured approach to achieve this.

The same principle applies to leadership training. I’ve seen many leaders with incredible potential, but their organisations failed to invest in delivering the necessary skills and lessons for them to become truly exceptional. We need higher standards of leadership, and there is a market gap to provide these skills and lessons through an accessible approach that any leader can execute.

Therefore, the time has come for me to take the next significant step, to once again step out of my comfort zone. Drawing from decades of experience in leading both large and small teams across the globe, in startups as well as major tech giants, I am committed to delivering this expertise in a way that anyone can benefit from. Whether it’s sales, presales, customer success, or leadership skills, The Presales Coach aims to equip you with the techniques and abilities necessary to elevate your career or make that bold change outside your comfort zone.

When was the last time you challenged yourself and stepped out of your comfort zone?

Let’s embark on this journey together…  Let’s get started…..
